What kinds of property does RAW Exposed shoot? Mostly commercial property: office towers, industrial estates, logistics sites, retail and large developments, plus infrastructure such as solar farms and transport projects. Prestige residential too.
Helicopter or drone: which do I need? A helicopter gets the height, range and city-wide context a drone can't. It suits capital markets campaigns, infrastructure, development and anything in close proximity to airports. A drone suits lower, closer work where the airspace allows. RAW Exposed shoots from both and will tell you which suits the job.
Can RAW Exposed fly a drone in the Brisbane CBD? Yes. Most drone operators can't fly over populated areas or in the CBD's controlled airspace. RAW Exposed holds a CASA ReOC (#1664) with approval to fly over populous areas and in Brisbane's controlled airspace. Every inner-city flight has a documented risk assessment, a NOTAM check, air traffic control coordination where needed, and ground crew managing an exclusion zone. Public liability cover is $20 million. You can check the ReOC on CASA's public register.
